Air negative ions are molecules or atoms that are negatively charged in the air. The main components of air are nitrogen and oxygen.
Usually, the nitrogen and oxygen molecules have the same positive and negative charges, and the electrical properties are neutral. Negative oxygen ions are formed when most of the electrons generated by the ionization of air molecules are trapped by oxygen molecules. It can act on the human body through the respiratory, nervous and blood systems before it reacts with other substances, promotes the body's metabolism, stimulates endocrine gland function, increases appetite, and eliminates fatigue.
